Debit Order Terms and Conditions Download as PDF

1. I authorize Hollard Life to debit my designated account (as stated on the bank statement) the amount due in respect of the policy on a monthly/annual basis, on the day I’ve specified on the proposal form and continuing until termination of the policy agreement or policy cancellation done by myself in writing.
2. The debits will be processed through a system initiated by Hollard Life and a unique identifier in the form of a number will be printed on the bank statement.
3. In the event where the collection date falls on a weekend or holiday, the debits will be run on the next business day.
4. Bank charges relating to the debits will be charged to my account (successful/unsuccessful) provided the contract is still valid.
5. Receipt of this document by Hollard Life indicates permission to execute debits against my account and cannot transfer or assign any rights to any third party without my written approval.
